Hard Reset

  • Turn off your Alcatel mobile, by holding the power button.
  • Hold down the Volume Up + Power Button [Volume Down + Power Button].
  • Release all buttons when you see Logo appears on your screen.
  • Next, Select Language, Using Volume Buttons and confirm with Power button.
  • Then Select wipe data/factory reset option, Using Volume Buttons and confirm with Power button.

Hard Reset - Wipe data/factory Reset option

  • Afterward, use the Volume Buttons to select option YES and press Power button to confirm.

  • Finally Select reboot system now option.

Factory Reset

  • Power on your Alcatel mobile, by holding the power button.
  • First open settings menu.
  • Next, Find and Select Backup and Reset option.

  • Afterward, Select Factory data reset option.

  • Next, Select option Reset device or Reset Phone.

  • Finally, Choose to option Erase everything.
