Turn off your Blackview Mobile.
Hold down the Volume Up + Power Button [Volume Down + Power Button].
Release all buttons when you see Logo appears on your screen.
Next, You will see Android exclamation mark.
While holding down the Power button press and release the Volume Up Button.
Navigate with volume Buttons to select wipe data/factory reset option and Press the Power Button.

Then select option YES, Using Volume Buttons and confirm with Power button.

Finally Select reboot system now option.

Hard Reset completed on your Blackview mobile.

Factory Reset

Power on your Blackview mobile, by holding the power button.
Go to the settings menu.
Next, Find and Select Backup and Reset option.

Then Select Factory data reset option.

Now Select option Reset device or Reset Phone.

Finally, Choose to option Erase everything or Delete all.

Factory Reset completed on your Blackview mobile.

Reset with Google Find My Device
