Hard Reset

Power off your Blu mobile, by holding the power button.
Hold down the Volume Up + Power Button [Volume Down + Power Button].
Release all buttons when you see Logo appears on your screen.
Next, You will see Android exclamation mark.
While holding down the Power button press and release the Volume Up Button.
Navigate with volume Buttons to select wipe data/factory reset option and Press the Power Button.

After that, Select option YES, Using Volume Buttons and confirm with Power button.

Finally Select reboot system now option.

Hard Reset completed on your Blu mobile.

Factory Reset

Power on your Blu, by holding the power button.
Go to the settings menu.
Next, Find and Select Backup and Reset option.

Now Select Factory data reset option.

Then Select option Reset device or Reset Phone.

Finally, Choose to option Erase everything or Delete all.

Factory Reset completed on your Blu mobile.

Reset with Google Find My Device

You can easily reset your Blu android mobile with Google Find my device. You can erase all Android data remotely with Find my device. You can not recover your data after Hard reset with Find my device.

First, open official Google Find My Device link.
