Release all Buttons when you see Oppo Logo appears on your screen.
Select Language option, By using Volume Buttons and Power button to confirm.

Afterward, Choose the option Wipe data.

Again choose Wipe data option.

Next, Select OK option.
After that, Choose reboot option and select OK.

Hard Reset Method 2

Power off your mobile By holding the power button.
Then, Press and Hold Volume Down Button and Power Button.
Release all Buttons when you see Oppo Logo appears on your screen.
Select Language option, By using Volume Buttons and Power button to confirm.

Afterward, Choose the option Wipe data and cache.

Again choose Wipe data and cache option and select YES.

After that, Choose reboot option and select OK.

Done, Hard reset completed on your Mobile.

Factory Reset

First, switch on your mobile by holding the power button.
After that, Open Settings menu.
Now select General or Additional Settings option.
Next select Backup & Reset option.
Then choose option Restore factory setting or Factory data reset.
Tap on the Reset device option.
