Method – 1

Download the Firmware Update file and move to SD Card storage.
Power off your Vivo mobile, by holding the power button.
Hold down the Volume Up + Power Button.
After that, Release both Buttons when you see Fastboot mode appears.

Afterward, choose Recovery Option, using volume buttons and press Power Button.
Next, You will see Vivo Recovery mode appears on your mobile screen.
Now select wipe data Option, using Volume buttons and press Power Button.

Again choose “Wipe data” two times and wait for a short while.

Next Select OK Option by using Power Button.
In the step, Choose Back option and press the Power Button.
Finally, select Reboot System option.
In this step, Download the Firmware Update file.
Next, Firmware Update file moves to Drive storage {Do not put the file in the folder}, Like its below.

Now Locate Downloaded Firmware Update file from Storage.
After that, Tap on the Firmware Update file and install it.
You have successfully Firmware Updated.

Method – 2

Download the Firmware Update file and move to phone storage or SD Card storage.
Power off your mobile By holding the power button.
Hold down the Volume Up + Power Button.
After that, Release both Buttons when you see Fastboot mode appears.
Afterward, choose Recovery Option, using volume buttons and press Power Button.
Next, You will see Vivo Recovery mode appears on your mobile screen.
Now select wipe data Option, using Volume buttons and press Power Button.
Again choose “Wipe data” two times and wait for a short while.
Next Select OK Option by using Power Button.
In the step, Choose Back option and press the Power Button
Select Reboot System option.
After wiping completed, again go to recovery mode and Choose option Install.
In this step, Locate Downloaded Firmware Update file from Storage.
Tap on the Firmware Update file and install it.
You have successfully Firmware Updated.

Method – 3

Download the Firmware Update file and move to phone storage or SD Card storage.
Power off your mobile By holding the power button.
Hold down the Volume Up + Power Button.
After that, Release both Buttons when you see Fastboot mode appears.
Choose Recovery Option, using volume buttons and press Power Button.
Next, You will see Vivo Recovery mode appears on your mobile screen.
In the next step select Clear data and Clear all data.
Next Select OK Option by using Power Button.
Select Return and go back to the main menu.
Then choose Restart and accept it.
After wiping completed, again go to recovery mode and Choose option Install.
In this step, Locate Downloaded Firmware Update file from Storage.
Tap on the Firmware Update file and install it.
You have successfully Firmware Updated.

How to Exit Recovery Mode

After you enter the Recovery Mode menu.
Now choose option Reboot, using Volume buttons and press the Power button to confirm.
After that, Your device will be rebooted automatically.
You have successfully exited Recovery mode.
